How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Deliver responsive and accurate support to customers via phone calls and email
  • Provide product and service information aligned with client guidelines
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism
  • Document all interactions in the clients CRM system or ticketing tool
  • Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Meet KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, etc.)


What You Must Possess

  • At least two years of experience in customer service
  • Fluency in spoken and written English with a clear accent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech-savviness and ability to navigate multiple systems or tools
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
  • Availability to work on-site during U.S. business hours
  • Knack for sales (preferred)
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers (preferred)
  • Knowledge of storage unit, RV, and boat management (a plus)
