Back End Software Engineer

A Back-End Software Engineer is responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work done by front-end software engineers. He/She usually writes web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers. He/She uses his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments; formulate more processes that are efficient; solve problems; and create a more seamless experience for users.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field.
• With at least 3-year experience in API development or integration.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework or Java and Spring Framework
• Preferably with experience in NodeJS using Adonis framework
• Demonstrable experience including OOP, Security, refactoring, application architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledgeable with AWS services and alike
• Able to design database structures and with knowledge on the ff. but not limited to:
• MySQL
• MS SQL
• Oracle SQL
• NoSQL
• Experienced in the following:
• REST or SOAP API integration
• Agile product development environment
• Test-Driven development
