Job Description

A Technical Recruiter is responsible for promoting a strong employer brand and ensuring efficiency in the recruitment process. This role partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs across various technical IT roles. Additionally, the Technical Recruiter acts as the primary point person for all candidate and employee concerns, assisting in the prompt resolution of requests and questions, especially those related to talent acquisition.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
Preferably with at least 3-year experience as a Technical Recruiter
Knowledgeable in HR-related tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable experience in Microsoft and Google products
Willing to work in a fixed-term employment
