Job Description

Deal assigned games according to existing and updated rules and procedures.

Greet and acknowledge online casino customers while presenting a professional appearance and providing excellent service.

Articulately converse with online customers in English or Tagalog depending on the language setting on the table.

Protect the integrity of the game by following established protocols for online play.

Demonstrate proper card handling, placement, and other relevant dealing proficiencies.

Meet company grooming guidelines as well as physical fitness.

Always maintain a professional demeanor.

Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies, and departmental and company regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of player identity, gaming history, and details.

Ensure the correct and smooth flow of the game.

Ensure personal safety and the safety of co-workers.
