Job Description

The Management Trainee is responsible for the:

Ensure food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and smooth daily store operations.
Lead sales activities and customer engagement to meet targets.
Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.
Handle store administration, reports, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours
