Job Description
- Provide 24/7 VIP support to online gaming platform users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and escalations on all contact points of Online Gaming Dept.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software, as well as a good understanding of the online gaming platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviors to enhance their overall gaming experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to VIP support and player satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions with VIP players to gather insights and address concerns.
- Work closely with the PD on premise/CRM/Marketing/ Customer Support and Products team to support strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with VIP players and stakeholders.
