Lead the Guest Experience at Our Bohol Resort!


ABRAHAM BOHOL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to take the helm of our guest services and reception operations in beautiful Panglao, Bohol. This is a critical, managerial position responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, team management, and operational efficiency across the Front Office department.


Key Responsibilities

As Front Office Manager, you will be a working leader focused on three core areas:

1. Leadership & Team Development:

  • Manage, supervise, and mentor the entire front desk staff.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage staff scheduling, approvals for leave requests, and performance coaching.

2. Guest Relations & Service Excellence:

  • Oversee all guest services, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Proactively manage and respond to guest inquiries and complaints across all platforms (social media, OTAs) to ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive and maintain an average 90% Guest Review Index score monthly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests and ensure smooth operations.

3. Operations & Administration:

  • Establish and enforce front office policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records (daily/online sales) and financial transactions.
  • Prepare daily reports, analyze data, and present weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Manage inventory of office and guest supplies.
  • Act as the department head for other resort areas in the absence of their respective managers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel/resort Front Office setting.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, technical and financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team and guest interaction.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed for operational requirements .
