As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for executing and enforcing the company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, health initiatives, and field safety protocols .

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

Safety Audits & Field Operations:

• Conduct regular OSH audits, field site inspections, and lineworks patrolling to assess operational risks and enforce hazard controls .
• Perform Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) prior to project execution to identify and eliminate safety hazards .
• Ensure personnel and contractor conformance to company safety standards and DOLE regulations .
• Participate in and lead incident investigations, ensuring proper root cause analysis and reporting compliance .

Education & Experience What You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder .
• Professional Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience in Occupational Safety and Health .
• Certifications: BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification / DOLE Safety Officer accreditation preferred .
