Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a skilled Transcriber to accurately transcribe audio and video content, conduct research, and ensure high-quality results. You will collaborate with the team to integrate transcriptions into projects, organize content for easy access, and stay updated on transcription tools and trends.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-depth research on various topics and source materials from diverse channels
• Transcribe audio and video content into written form while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines
• Verify and fact-check transcribed content to maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other team members to integrate transcriptions effectively into projects
• Manage and organize transcribed content in a structured and accessible manner for easy retrieval
• Stay updated with industry trends, transcription tools, and technologies to enhance transcription processes
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in transcription with excellent accuracy and speed
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources
• Proficiency in using transcription software/tools and familiarity with different audio/video formats
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in content research or a related field
