We are currently in search of a meticulous and proactive Shareholder Administrator to join our team—someone ready to contribute to our continued success and uphold our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and place new transactions received from investors (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers) in the transfer agency system, according to procedures in place.
Process capital calls and distributions, including communication with investors, cash tracking, and follow-ups.
Oversee the preparation and verification of redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.
Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and requests, e.g., track auditors’ requests concerning documentation sought.
Ensures effective understanding of specific processes and adheres strictly to relevant procedures.
Prepares/updates procedures and checklists in cooperation with management.
Ensures effective compliance and controls in own area.
Participates in projects, testing, and training when requested.

Work Location and Setup:

Work Hours: Standard Philippine business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), with flexibility to align with European time zones when needed.
Office Location: Bolder Philippines, 8th Floor, Tower 1, Clark City Front, MA Roxas, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.
At least 1-2 years of investor services experience gained from banking, investment houses, and the likes with exposure to Hedge Funds and/or Private Funds (preferred).
Solid grasp of financial principles, especially related to investment funds.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining the integrity of shareholder records.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is necessary.
Be able to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments.
