Your Role

As an AU Senior Recruiter, you are responsible for:

Role Summary

Responsible for sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates while maintaining accurate recruitment workflows and providing market-driven insights to support hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

• Build targeted longlists and shortlists using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and Boolean/X-ray techniques.
• Conduct market and industry mapping to identify relevant talent pools.

Candidate Engagement

• Execute structured outreach sequences across approved communication channels.
• Maintain professional and consistent candidate communication.

Screening & Assessment

• Conduct initial candidate screenings aligned to role requirements.
• Prepare clear, structured candidate profiles and summaries.

CRM & Workflow Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Loxo.
• Track sourcing, outreach, and candidate progression.

Reporting

• Provide regular search progress updates.
• Share shortlisted candidates and relevant market insights.

Temporary Responsibilities (First 6 Months)

Business Development Support

• Research target organisations and decision-makers.
• Build and manage BD outreach lists.
• Send introductory outreach using approved templates.
• Record BD activity in Loxo and escalate warm leads to The Influencer.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Advanced Boolean and X-ray search capability.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search.
• Strong written English and research skills.
• High attention to detail.
