Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll support Australia-based Senior Account Managers by preparing sales quotations, sourcing promotional products, coordinating orders, and liaating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Australia-based Senior Account Managers with daily sales activities.
  • Prepare quotations by sourcing products from Australian suppliers and decorators.
  • Create online job bags for the production and graphic design teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams via email and phone.
  • Track customer orders and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend sales, production, and product knowledge meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in Oracle NetSuite.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in the promotional products industry (sales support, sales coordination, or production).
  • Australian market support experience is preferred; U.S. distributor or supplier experience is also considered.
  • Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of sales quoting, sourcing, and order coordination.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Able to multitask, solve problems, and work effectively with remote teams.
