Your Role

As an AU Sales Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Manage and coordinate the full sales contract process.
  • Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and Form 1–Vendor’s Statement, ensuring compliance with state real estate regulations and disclosure requirements.
  • Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information, address queries, and support smooth contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized contract records for auditing and future reference.
  • Support the Sales team with timely and accurate contract administration.
  • Review contracts for completeness and accuracy to mitigate risks and prevent legal issues.
  • Process contract amendments and extensions and ensure all updates are documented and communicated.
  • Monitor critical timelines (cooling-off, finance approval, settlement) and ensure required actions are completed within deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Support.
  • Preferably with Australian real estate experience.
  • Background in administrative support, data entry, database management, reporting, and basic marketing.
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, VaultRE, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adopt new software and tasks.
  • Efficient, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
