Position Title: Medical Scheduler (Home Healthcare)

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Medical Scheduler to support home healthcare operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, a confident and persuasive communication style, and the ability to take ownership of scheduling outcomes. This is not a passive coordination role — the ideal candidate brings a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and “get-it-done” mentality similar to inside sales professionals, ensuring all shifts are filled and client needs are met.

What You’ll Do:

  • Scheduling & Shift Fulfillment
  • Build and manage caregiver schedules based on patient needs and staff availability
  • Proactively secure coverage for open shifts, call-offs, and last-minute changes
  • Take full ownership of ensuring all shifts are filled — not just attempted Proactive Outreach & Influence
  • Actively reach out to caregivers to secure shift coverage using confident and persuasive communication
  • Influence and motivate caregivers to accept shifts, especially in urgent or hard-to-fill situations
  • Follow up persistently until coverage is secured Real-Time Problem Solving
  • Respond quickly to call-offs, no-shows, and urgent scheduling gaps
  • Think critically and act fast to identify solutions, backup options, and alternatives
  • Escalate only when necessary after exhausting available options Client & Caregiver Communication
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and caregivers regarding schedules and updates
  • Set expectations, provide timely updates, and maintain a strong service-oriented approach
  • Handle challenging or high-pressure conversations with confidence System & Documentation Management
  • Accurately manage schedules within systems (e.g., ABS or similar platforms)
  • Document all scheduling activities, communications, and updates thoroughly Ownership & Performance Mindset
  • Take full accountability for scheduling outcomes and performance
  • Operate with urgency, persistence, and a results-driven mindset
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and fill rates


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) — clear, confident, and professional
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, customer service, or inside sales-type roles
  • Ability to influence conversations and drive outcomes
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of ownership, persistence, and accountability Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in home healthcare scheduling or similar workforce coordination roles
  • Background in inside sales, call center, or high-volume outbound communication roles
  • Comfortable handling objections and navigating difficult conversations
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems (ABS or similar)
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented
