Job Summary
Responsible for leading the instrumentation team in maintaining troubleshooting, calibrating, and improving plant instrumentation and control systems to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations. The role combines technical expertise with supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION
- Candidates at least achieved Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 1 year Experience
- Preferred with Manufacturing Experience
- With strong coordination skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- System Thinking
- Familiar with Programming Language
- Instrumentation & Controls
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Strong skills in analysis and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently with a team
- Proficiency with computer and information
- Specialized industry-specific training strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of scientific and mathematical principles
