Position Title: Junior Estimator

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 11:00 PM - 8:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an Junior Estimator to help our team review residential architectural plans and perform basic estimating tasks. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with a background in architecture, drafting, or construction technology who want to grow in construction estimating. You will analyze plans and extract measurements, not create drawings or CAD designs.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret full sets of residential plans (floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details, and utilities).
• Perform basic quantity takeoffs and calculate surface areas of roofs, walls, floors, doors, windows, and other building components.
• Gather property and site information using Google Maps, real estate sites, and other online tools.
• Communicate with clients via email to clarify plans or request missing information.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and residential construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Comfortable with written communication in English.
• Able to navigate web tools and online resources efficiently.
• Background in architecture, drafting, or construction-related fields is a plus.
• Experience in estimating or plan reading is helpful but not required—training will be provided.
