JUNIOR BIM MODELER

Position Title: Junior BIM Modeler

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and coordinating accurate MEP models, conducting quality checks, resolving clashes, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time. The role requires proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks, along with strong coordination skills across MEP disciplines.

What You’ll Do:

• Liaise with the design team to seamlessly integrate M&E services into architectural and structural designs
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with client's quality standards
• Ensure resolution of all floating elements in the model
• Remove unnecessary items and elements from the model for optimal efficiency
• Identify and resolve clashes during coordination; escalate unresolved issues for further discussion with the client.
• Maintain and develop libraries to ensure consistent and efficient modeling processes.
• Meet specified deadlines for project deliverables.
• Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn, adapt, and be trainable
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit the ability to commence work immediately
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 2 yr experience as a BIM Modeler
• Proficient in the use of Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks
• Strong coordination skills across all disciplines of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• General understanding of components of MEP services
