Your Role:

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will provide day-to-day HR support, assist in onboarding new hires, and support the HR Department with administrative functions, record-keeping, and HRIS entry.

• Provide day-to-day HR support for employees, supervisors, managers, and the HR Department.
• Oversee the New Hire Onboarding tracker, managing candidate paperwork and processing.
• Maintain I-9 legal compliance, E-verify, and both hard and digital copies of employee records.
• Coordinate new hire access/logins and input orientation and training timesheets.
• Process and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on HR activity, including headcount and turnover.
• Audit HRIS system data periodically and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• A minimum of one year of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems.
• Working understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Previous administrative experience using ADP.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage self-performance under pressure.
• Proven integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
