Position Title: Graphic Artist

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
Responsible for processing orders, creating and modifying artwork, and ensuring quality control. Manages artwork for print and digital media, coordinates shipments, maintains inventory, and supports marketing campaigns. Handles customer inquiries and ensures adherence to brand guidelines and company policies.
What You’ll Do:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding order processing, artwork creation, and quality control
- Create, modify, and prepare artwork for a variety of projects including print, digital media, and merchandise
- Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications
- Retouch and edit images as needed to meet project requirements
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using order management systems
- Verify accuracy of orders prior to shipment to minimize errors and returns
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain organized work area and inventory storage to facilitate smooth order processing
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any order or artwork-related issues promptly
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating and scheduling social media posts to engage audience, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, and helping with the creation of promotional materials and content such as brochures and digital assets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the apparel decorating industry
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with order management systems and CRM software
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with graphic design (Adobe Suite or Corel Draw is an advantage)
- Ability to prioritize critical tasks and work well in a deadline driven environment
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage a remote team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
