รายละเอียดของงาน:

GBS Healthcare Recovery Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Premier Network. This position analyzes production, quality, and cost information to identify challenges and provide recommendations for improvement. The GBS Healthcare Recovery Operations Supervisor reports to the GBS Healthcare Recovery Operations Manager. The Operations Supervisor also collaborates with the Premier Network Management Team regarding Processes and Procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Analyzes Team/Network Data and Monitor Performance
• Assesses performance indicators to determine areas meeting and falling below business expectations. Creates quality and production issue reports to track action steps and progress.
• Supervise Healthcare Operations in site and network level
• Responsible for the team development – Healthcare Recovery Advocates and Coaches
• Manages daily performance and to ensure Quality service will be provided to the customers
• Ensure execution of Premier Operational Processes and Procedures
• Collaborates with the Premier Healthcare Network Management for the enhancement of Premier processes and Procedures
• Respond to the customer process issues and escalations
• Coordinates with the Healthcare Command Center/District Manager for Escalation Assistance/ Management
• Attends Premier Operational meetings to for customer maintenance and updates.
  

• Education: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree – Existing Supervisory position is an advantage.

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and able to manage diverse group of people.
• Excellent people skills, strategic thinking, and analytical skills (solid decision making, planning and organization, process analysis and strategic planning)
