AOC Representative (Advance Operations Center)

Job Description: Your role is to make some call outs by collecting Import taxes from Australian Customers prior to the delivery of their packages. As an AOC Representative, you will not only have collection targets to achieve but your KPI Elements as well to meet our target goals.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor COD payments and Volume, should make at least 45 COD releases/day
• Sending Tax Invoices to Customers via Email prior or during callouts
• Account Holder verification
• Coordination with AU Border Clearance Team for any Customs issues, AU Operations for big shipments and with AU Finance for any collection issues.
• Explains to Customers the Customs clearance process, the abandonment of their shipment if no payment received within the allotted time and other Customs compliance concerns from customers.
  
  

• Preferably with related experience.
• Familiar with International shipping knowledge.
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate must know basic MS Office.
• With Good English communication skills.
