Position Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Desktop Support Engineer 1 provides entry-level technical support to internal staff by assisting with hardware, software, anAd basic network-related issues. This role focuses on frontline technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to desktop and end-user support requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Install, configure, and update standard software applications
• Set up desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Assist users with login, password resets, and basic access concerns
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Desktop Support Engineer 2 or senior team members
• Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, solutions, and procedures
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Provide basic user training on hardware and software usage
