Position Title: Data Entry Specialist

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for manually entering and tracking data from reports into spreadsheets and internal systems. The role involves monitoring key metrics such as vehicle miles and attendance across clients. This is a repetitive, process-driven role that requires strong attention to detail and consistency. In addition to data entry, the position may provide light administrative and basic bookkeeping support as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform daily, high-volume manual data entry from reports into spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Track and maintain key metrics such as vehicle miles and attendance across multiple clients
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data entries Review and verify data for discrepancies and correct errors as needed
  • Maintain organized digital records for reporting and audit purposes
  • Generate simple reports and summaries based on tracked data
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as employee training registration and enrollment
  • Provide light bookkeeping support, including basic data entry for invoices or payments (if needed)
  • Follow established processes and workflows consistently


What We’re Looking For:

  • Open to entry-level candidates; data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in handling large volumes of data
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in repetitive tasks
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping (debits/credits, reconciliation)
  • Experience with administrative or AP/AR tasks is an advantage
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and data tracking
  • Ability to identify and flag discrepancies
