Position Title: Company Driver

Work Set Up: Onsite

Salary: 15,000 PHP a Month

Schedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Schedule may vary based on operational requirements,

including weekends and holidays when necessary.

Quick Rundown:

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for company personnel, documents, equipment, and other business-related materials. The role requires excellent driving skills, adherence to traffic regulations, strong time management, and a commitment to maintaining company vehicles in good working condition. What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate company-assigned vehicles for employee transportation, deliveries, and official company errands.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe for operation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, security, and overall condition of assigned vehicles.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all Times.
• Transport documents, equipment, supplies, and other company assets securely and efficiently.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and assignments with the Logistics Team Lead and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll fees, and vehicle maintenance activities.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of company supplies, equipment, and materials when required.
• Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, delays, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure all transported items are properly documented, received, and acknowledged by the designated recipient.
• Support scheduled preventive maintenance, repairs, registration renewals, and other vehicle compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while transporting company personnel, visitors, or sensitive documents.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License with appropriate driving classifications for both four-wheel vehicles and motorcycles.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional driving experience; experience in corporate, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred.
• Proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, as well as motorcycles.
• Familiarity with major routes in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and nearby provinces.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and defensive driving techniques.
• Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance driving assignments.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency transport requirements when necessary.
  
  
  

Work Conditions

• Regular travel within Pampanga, Metro Manila, and nearby provinces.
• Exposure to varying road, weather, and traffic conditions.
• May be required to work extended hours depending on operational demands.
• May be required to lift, carry, or move lightweight to moderately heavy items during deliveries or transport assignments.
• Frequent vehicle operation and prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
