Position Title: Client Engagement Support

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Supports Sr. Client Engagement Specialist, in the overall performance of assigned programs, including coordinating the marketing, service, and reporting processes for each program. Handles all operational support tasks of assigned programs.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide service and operational support for assigned programs
  • Maintain pricing spreadsheets and coordinate with creative and support teams
  • Assist with web, art, and inventory tasks, including product uploads and proofing
  • Manage product samples, orders, and follow-ups to meet production schedules
  • Set up new customer records, budget uploads, and online accounts
  • Communicate with customers on backorders, substitutions, and order tracking
  • Collaborate with vendors, the Distribution Center, and sales partners to ensure timely product delivery
  • Perform clerical duties, data gathering, and customized reporting
  • Provide coverage for the Sr. Customer Engagement Specialist as needed
  • Utilize tools for sales analysis and branding compliance


What Were Looking For:

  • 2 years of college-level knowledge in math, writing, public speaking, and computer skills
  • 1-3 years of related experience in customer service or relationship/account management
  • Specialized product and industry knowledge preferred
  • Strong proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, relationship management, and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership to resolve budget and pricing deviations
  • Industry certification at the Certified Advertising Specialist(CAS) preferred
