Position Title: Client Coordinator

Quick Rundown:
The Client Coordinator supports the Client Experience and Account Management teams by assisting with client service, promotional sourcing, quoting, project coordination, and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions, maintaining strong client and supplier relationships, and ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Client & Team Support
- Support Account Managers with client requests, briefs, and general administration
- Respond to client inquiries and manage multiple customer service inboxes to meet SLAs
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Promotion & Project Coordination
- Prepare quotes, costings, and presentations
- Source and coordinate promotional merchandise, prizes, and marketing materials
- Assist with end-to-end project coordination, including artwork, samples, couriers, and deliveries
- Ensure quality production and timely completion of projects
- Administration & Operations
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners, including freight coordination
- Process orders, manage inventory levels, backorders, and vendor invoices
- Perform reporting, validation checks, and general project administration
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with creative, digital, sourcing, and operations teams
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and client solutions
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
