Position Title: Business Development Representative

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, highly organized, and driven by targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and research potential clients and target markets
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings set, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Stay updated on company products/services and industry trends


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident phone presence and objection-handling skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
