Responsibilities

• Liaise with Melbourne operations teams regarding same day collections and capacity.
• Perform welfare checks on drivers via phone and document accordingly.
• Utilise GPS systems to obtain ETA’s and temperature control.
• Manage a bookings email address in a timely manner and transferring the specific customer requirements into data within a formulated Transport based programme.
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the refrigeration Transport industry and supply chain
• Accurate data entry
• Ability to interoperate / understand freight requirements via email.
• Highlighting same day requests to the operations team
• Strong computer skills
• Analytical mindset
• Fluent in English language
• Ability to achieve KPI’s.

• Office-based
• 5th floor, One West Aeropark, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat Pampanga.
