Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer focused on application configuration, Linux environments, and release management. This role ensures reliable, secure deployments across all environments while maintaining a strong understanding of our application stack.

This position also requires a growth-oriented mindset, exploring new technologies and Al-driven solutions to enhance website performance and capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

Application & Environment Management

• Configure and manage applications on Linux environments
• Maintain consistency across dev, staging, and production
• Manage environment variables, configs, and integrations
• Troubleshoot application and environment issues
• Collaborate with teams to understand ERP and internal application requirements and support seamless integration across systems.
  
  
  

Deployment & Release

• Manage application deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Handle releases, hotfixes, and rollback procedures
• Monitor deployments and resolve issues quickly
  
  
  

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, release notes, and environment documentation
• Document deployment, rollback, and recovery processes
• Communicate release timelines, risks, and issues clearly.
• Work cross-functionally with IT Applications, IT Operations, and Web teams to drive efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
• Be available outside standard business hours in case of system outages or critical incidents
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years in DevOps/application support / release engineering
• Strong experience with Linux and deployments
• Hands-on CI/CD and Git workflow experience
• Understanding of Nuxt and modern JS builds Strong MongoDB knowledge
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
• Interest in new technologies and Al integration Success Indicators
• Stable and reliable deployments
• Faster recovery and fewer release failures
• Clear and actionable documentation
• Continuous improvement of tech stack and adoption of Al capabilities
