As a core member of our Innovation Development team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role

• Development and delivery of technical solutions in AWS
• Cloud Formation, Pipeline Automation and delivery as per the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Implementation and maintenance in areas of DevOps, IaC , HA/DR, Tagging, Cost Controls, Monitoring and Incident Response, Backup, Storage, Image Management, and Patching
• Performance monitoring, sizing, and optimizing of AWS infrastructure
• Ensure solutions are adequately documented, supportable, and delivered per Well-Architected Framework
• Ensure 24/7 highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security, and performance for various vendor product environments
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tooling
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) using Terraform for scalable and repeatable deployments
• Support and maintain Agentic AI infrastructure on AWS, including compute , networking, and storage components that underpin AI/ML workloads
• Work on a mid-shift schedule as part of a support rotation, including holiday coverage, to maintain critical business operations
  
  

About You

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AWS
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Application Development
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud (IAM Roles, Pipelines, CloudFormation, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
• Proficient in Python and scripting for automation and infrastructure tasks
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog)
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Bash/PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with  Cloudformation /Terraform for Infrastructure as Code ( IaC )
• Experience with Code Pipeline/Jenkins as a CI/CD tool for pipeline automation and delivery
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems
• Experience working with multiple projects/tasks with the ability to prioritize on the fly
• Possesses keen troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
• Assists in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution as needed
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in Agile development processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  
  

Education

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  
  

Nice To Have

• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and deploying autonomous AI workloads on AWS (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker Agents)
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and integrating AI services within cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock) for intelligent automation
