Position Title: AP/AR Admin Assistant

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations while providing administrative and customer support. Responsibilities include data entry, document auditing, report generation, and maintaining confidential files to ensure accurate and efficient office operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform accounts payable and receivable functions with coding accuracy
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and database management
  • Assist with phone calls and inbound customer care as needed
  • Send emails to clients for invoice confirmation using provided templates
  • Update bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
  • Conduct bookkeeping tasks and update spreadsheets with multiple payments
  • Generate reports, upload them to WordPress, and send them for checking
  • Organize and maintain files in a confidential manner
  • Review, check, and audit important documents for accuracy


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Google Apps and MS Office
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • High attention to detail and quick learner
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in WordPress back-end portal would be an advantage (no coding, just uploading data)
