Position Title: Admin Assistant (Service Delivery)

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time (Shifting Schedule - as needed)

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant (Service Delivery) to support daily operations through attendance monitoring, employee record management, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate workforce data, timely reporting, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor employee attendance in real time using HRIS and Time Doctor
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports for clients and management
  • Track tardiness, absences, overtime, and attendance trends
  • Conduct attendance and productivity audits and provide insights to management
  • Investigate and resolve payroll, billing, and attendance discrepancies
  • Process and monitor requests through ticketing systems (IT, ISD, Office Management)
  • Maintain records and updates within Zoho and other internal systems
  • Support Service Delivery Management with administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of requests


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; open to fresh graduates
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to support 24/5 operations and shifting schedules
