Position Title: Accounts Payable Staff

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Accounts Payable Staff is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and related transactions. This role ensures compliance with company policies, proper documentation, and timely settlement of obligations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals
  • Matching invoices with PO and packing slip
  • Encode and process invoices in SAP
  • Verify sale tax and use tax compliance and proper tax coding of invoices
  • Prepare payment proposals and clear payment with open AP
  • Ensure proper filing of invoices
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure invoices are submitted through approval systems and addresses other PO/invoice-related concerns.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Process Credit Card transactions in SAP
  • Process Employee’s reimbursement expenses in SAP
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Support audit requests by providing required AP schedules and documents
  • Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in an AP role
  • Experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AP processes
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
