Your Role

As an AU Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Process and code invoices accurately and on time
• Verify approvals and supporting documentation before payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely invoice payments
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues
• Support month-end close, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions
• Assist with assigned accounting tasks or projects

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2+ years experience in intercompany or accounts payable
• Experience in AP processing, data entry, invoicing (high volume), and email management
• Proficient with MS Teams, MS Office, and MS Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
