Manage Accounts Payable, Receivable, And Bank Reconciliation Functions Using Xero And The Companys Building Certification Software, Ensuring Accurate And Timely Processing Of Financial Transactions. This Includes But Is Not Limited To

• Managing creditors including arranging payment.
• Processing credit card receipts.
• Processing employee expense claims.
• Managing debtors including pursuing outstanding debtors.
• Referring unpaid debts to debt collection where required.
• Making financial adjustments (including refunds).
• Perform bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts and credit cards as directed.
• Monitor the financial health of clients with approved credit lines using the companys external monitoring program, identifying early indicators of insolvency to support proactive debtor management.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality when handling all company financial and employee information.
• Use Xero and internal systems with a strong understanding of finance processes and the companys workflow requirements.
  
  

Work Location

• Flexidesk
• 5th floor, One West Aeropark, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat Pampanga.
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
