Position Title: Account Manager
Work Set Up: Onsite
What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Monitor account activities, orders, projects, and deliverables to ensure commitments are met.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, customer service, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records, account information, and documentation.
- Prepare regular account updates, reports, and performance summaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, account performance, and service delivery.
- Support account retention and contribute to business growth.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and proactively address potential issues.
- Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining high service quality.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Sales, or a related role.
- Experience handling B2B clients or corporate accounts is preferred.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience with CRM, account management, or other business systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Experience in a fast-paced service, sales, or operations environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different internal teams.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities for account growth and client retention.
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
