Schedule: 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM PH Time

What Youll Do:

• Physician Support: Serve as the first point of contact for the physician network, providing on-demand support for scheduling and internal platform assistance.
• Schedule Management: Collect and enter physician schedules into telemedicine software to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Patient Coordination: Review daily reports and communicate directly with patients to manage, move, or cancel appointments.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Assist physicians with Google Meet and other technical tools to ensure smooth consultations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Interface with Customer Service to resolve patient requests and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain composure under multiple priorities while providing professional, immediate responses to all provider requests.
  
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year(s) of experience working with physicians or patients in a healthcare or telemedicine setting is preferred.
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to lead with clear, candid, and professional communication when dealing with healthcare providers.
• Must be comfortable working the designated Philippine night shift to align with US Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• Motivated college graduates with applicable majors (Healthcare Admin, Business) are encouraged to apply.
