Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Coordinator to support and oversee multiple active projects. This role is ideal for someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with teams and clients, and grow into a leadership position handling projects, crews, and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple jobs
• Assisting with estimating and reviewing project scopes (insurance and non-insurance)
• Communicating with subcontractors, crews, and clients
• Scheduling jobs, labor, and material deliveries
• Tracking project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Maintaining job documentation (photos, notes, updates in system)
• Supporting client communication and ensuring a positive experience
• Building relationships with subcontractors and referral partners
• Identifying ways to improve processes and operations
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills, or the ability to develop them
• Organized and able to manage multiple moving projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with residential construction preferred (light commercial is a plus)
• Ability or willingness to learn estimating, job costing, and working with insurance claims
• Leadership potential and ability to help manage crews and subcontractors
• Someone who takes ownership, is detail-oriented, and values quality work
