Position Title: Production Coordinator

Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee the full production process from order creation to shipment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, offshore factories, and clients, managing artwork approvals, processing purchase orders, and handling logistics.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate the entire production process, from order creation through shipment, ensuring timelines are met and errors or returns are minimized
- Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and production records using NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Maintain accurate production data, inventory updates, and order tracking within ERP systems
- Generate and monitor work-in-progress reports, production schedules, and supply chain updates through ERP systems
- Manage the approval process for decoration artwork, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and project specifications
- Handle freight bookings and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of finished goods
- Maintain detailed records of all completed production jobs and ensure orders are prepared for shipment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to order processing, artwork creation, and quality control
- Provide customer service support when needed by responding to order inquiries, production updates, and delivery timelines
- Assist with general office administration and production documentation
- Support supply chain coordination, ensuring materials, suppliers, and production schedules remain aligned
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience using NetSuite or other ERP systems is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong computer literacy
- Experience in production coordination, order management, or supply chain operations is preferred
- Familiarity with production scheduling and customer service processes
- Reliable, organized, and committed with strong work ethics
