Your Role

As an Product Delivery Coordinator - Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for:

Role Summary

Responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of electrical products by managing engineering documentation, schedules, suppliers, and quality requirements in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery timelines and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate design, procurement, testing, and delivery with Engineering and Production teams across time zones.
• Track Engineering Document Records (EDR) and project schedules; identify risks and escalate delays promptly.

Engineering Documentation

• Produce and maintain accurate drawings, calculations, BOMs, battery layouts, assemblies, and test instructions.
• Maintain live BOMs for job costing and procurement accuracy using the DBA system.
• Support QA by ensuring all engineering documents are current, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Contribute to standardised schematics and continuous improvement of digital documentation.

Procurement & Supplier Liaison

• Source non-standard components and coordinate with suppliers to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Verify incoming materials comply with specified standards.

Quality & Improvement

• Develop and apply digital inspection and testing procedures.
• Review field defects and customer feedback; initiate corrective actions.
• Support product development and re-engineering initiatives to reduce errors and improve processes.

Collaboration

• Participate in virtual engineering, production, and project review meetings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product and process improvements.
• Manage flexible work hours to meet global project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience with ERF software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or Draftsight; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Strong capability in preparing engineering documentation, drawings, and BOMs.
• Sound knowledge of electrical assembly, testing, and quality assurance standards.
