Production Specialists process wafers of different technologies and support the manufacturing operations at either a wafer fab or assembly test site.
Assembly Test Sites
Production Specialists perform specific AT semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. They operate various equipment in performing functions such as test, tap and reel or mark and pack. This role is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of manual, automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the companys product.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Should not be under the age of 18.
Must fall under any of the following criteria.
At least 2 years of undergraduate studies in any technical course; OR
Senior high school graduate under the STEM or ICT track; OR
High school graduate (old curriculum) with at least 1 year of work experience in a semiconductor, automated manufacturing, or TESDA assembly servicing environment; OR
College graduate or undergraduate of a non-technical/business course who has not worked in their related field for the past 2 years and does not hold a professional license in that field.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shift.
Able to work a 12-hour shift with prolonged standing.

Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
