Villa Butler – Amanpulo

Role

You will be responsible for delivering personalized and exceptional guest service within the villa, including welcoming guests, handling their requests, coordinating with other departments for seamless service, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and readiness of the villa.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as personal assistant of the guests.
• Welcome all arriving guests or owners to the Amanpulo Airport together with the Villa Manager / Director of Villas and/or Resort and General Manager.
• Checks bills and other postings on a regular basis to ensure that guests’ bills are accurate when presented.
• Responsible for the smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure all the needs and requirements of the guests are attended to promptly.
• Facilitates rooming of guest by explaining room features to first-time Amanpulo guests.
• Be thoroughly aware of all Hotel activities, restaurant and Private Dining facilities to be able to serve guest better.
• Checks booking correspondence prior to guest’s arrival, to ensure that room set-up, instructions, special arrangements, and other details are correctly carried in.
• Answers all guests inquires and aims to satisfy guests by providing accurate and useful information.
• Handles guest complaints by listening to guests, investigates the matters concerned, and works on the problem presented.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or any related field.
• Has considerable number of years of proven experience in butler service or Food & Beverage
  
  

Service.

• Proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
