Role

You play a vital role in ensuring that all casita accommodations and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, assigning tasks, inspecting guest casitas and public areas, and ensuring all housekeeping services are delivered promptly and efficiently. The Supervisor must stay informed about guest preferences, coordinate closely with the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, and respond quickly to any special requests or service issues. Additionally, the role includes maintaining inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, training new colleagues, and upholding health and safety standards. Their leadership is essential in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Performs daily cleaning of the entire casitas and public areas.
• Cleans the bathrooms, showers, bathtubs, vanities, and comfort rooms polish bathroom fixtures and fittings.
• To ensure that all casitas and their surroundings are in good tip top condition, following establish standard set up and maintaining the highest principle of cleanliness.
• Reads logbook and comply with inspections and follows up matters remarked by Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Executive Housekeeper.
• Checks attendance, proper grooming, uniform and appearance of Housekeeping colleagues. Records tardiness and absences.
• Receives/inquires information regarding guest requirements, extra items, VIPs, blockings, arrival, and departure.
• Inspects all casitas / areas assigned. Ensure rooms and public areas are in order, well maintained, sanitized, safe with necessary requirements of supplies and amenities as well as equipment and machines installed on respective areas.
• Inspects and ensures that service areas are well kept and inventories complete at all items.
• Inspects and ensures that all equipment and machines are properly cleaned, handled, maintained, and stored.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeepers and Coordinators on the availability of cleaning materials, equipment, supplies and amenities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Has five years of proven experience in housekeeping role.
• Solid experience in hotel
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
