The Project

He/she will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of cost and commercial management services. He/she will be directly reporting to the operations director - commercial.

He/she is the lead client liaison responsible for assisting the client in all projects related matters and ensure the highest quality and standard of services and deliverables. Provides leadership and participates in activities that promote workplace diversity and positive employee relations environment.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Directs and supports senior team leaders to ensure projects progress to plan, budget, and quality expectations.
• Reviews reports, advising on adjustments to schedules and delivery strategies.
• Sets clear performance standards and development objectives for supervisors and staff.
• Builds a high‑performing, service‑driven team through effective leadership, coaching, and day‑to‑day management.
• Champions an inclusive, positive working environment aligned with project goals.
• Drives continuous improvement across management systems, processes, and performance measures.
  
  

You’ll Also Have

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional accreditation (RICS/MRICS) or progressing toward chartership.
• Strong commercial, financial, and contract administration capability.
• Experience delivering cost management across project stages and engaging senior stakeholders.
