Job Requirements

As a Programming Manager at Stark Tech, you will be instrumental in spearheading strategic efforts that improve operational effectiveness and sustainability. In this role, you will oversee a talented team responsible for delivering programming and graphics projects punctually, within budget, and to exceptional standards. You will champion process enhancements, uphold quality benchmarks, and serve as both a technical expert and strategic collaborator throughout the company.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5 or more years of related work experience required.
• Previous management experience required.
• Strong understanding of BAS programming, with hands-on experience in EcoStruxure preferred; Niagara 4 experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
