Senior Leasing Manager - Commercial Spaces

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Leasing Manager – Commercial Space to lead and oversee leasing operations for our commercial properties in Olongapo. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving tenant acquisition, maximizing occupancy rates, negotiating lease agreements, and managing leasing strategies to support business growth.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and extensive experience in commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Develop and implement leasing strategies for commercial spaces
• Identify and secure potential tenants for available units
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and agreements with prospective tenants
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local commercial real estate market
• Monitor leasing performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote available commercial spaces
  
  
  

• At least 8–10 years of experience in commercial property leasing
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proven track record in tenant acquisition and lease negotiation for commercial spaces
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with commercial real estate market dynamics
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
