Perfil Profesional

Nos encontramos es la búsqueda de un Analista Administrativo, residenciado en la Zona de Caracas, que cumpla con el siguiente perfil y funciones:

TSU o Estudiante Universitario en Administración o Carrera a fin.

Experiencia mínima de un año en cargos similares.

Manejo del Sistema Gálac Administrativo Indispensable.

Funciones

 Control y revisión de Facturas.

 Control y revisión de pagos de servicios.

 Elaboración de Órdenes de Pago.

 Emisión quincenal de informes para pago de impuestos (ISLR-IVA).

 Elaboración de comprobantes de retención de ISLR e IVA.

 Análisis de cuentas por pagar, viáticos, alquileres, telefonías para el cierre.

 Apoyo en otras funciones inherentes al cargo.
