Please attach the following documents to your application: -Valid California credential authorizing assignment as follows: Single Subject in Physical Education WITH -Add Authorization in Adapted Physical Education -Letter of Introduction -Resume -2 Current Letters of Recommendation (please include a Supervisor) -Copy of Credential -English Learner Authorization (if not held, will be required to apply for the permit upon hire) -Transcripts
