From Pregnancy Through To Age 8, You’ll

• Deliver stimulating play and learning opportunities
• Work with partners across health, education & social care
• Empower families to thrive in their homes and communities
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• 2+ years’ experience with children & families
• We are particularly looking for applicants with experience of working with families of school aged 0-8
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting the holistic needs of families.
  
  

Flexible working across Family Hubs, family homes & community venues. Occasional evenings/weekends.
