Senior QA Automation Engineer

About Us

A fast-growing startup, EmailTree AI provides an automated email composition service that reduces response time and improves email quality. Our business is rapidly expanding and in order to keep up with our fast expansion plan we need a Senior QA, Automation Engineer to drive the process and manage our advanced technology. EmailTree AIs mission is reinventing the customer experience with an intelligent end-to-end customer service automation.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Create and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  
  

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or similar role
• Experience in QA methodology
• Experience with testing web applications
• Experience using web based testing frameworks ( ex: Cypress, Selenium)
• Familiarity with Linux command line
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
